Pedestrian. A peasant, individual who has failed to obtain their Drivers License due to lack of ability or excess stupidity. Typically a pedestrian will have no friends due to their disability. Commonly referred to as "wankers" because of what they were too busy doing instead of learning to drive.
"Oi Dave, look at that pedestrian over there, what an absolute twat!"
